Throughout the process, all we see is dust, marks on the floor, exposed walls, unexpected decisions we hadn\u2019t anticipated, and a sense of chaos that, from the outside, may seem difficult to manage. But for us, this journey is a great opportunity to clearly understand where we\u2019re headed, what we want, and what we don\u2019t want for the coming years.<\/p>\n
