The project basically consisted of eliminating the L-shaped corridor so that the view of the sea from the balcony appeared as soon as possible when accessing the apartment. At the same time, this involved opening the kitchen and integrating it into the living room so that you could enjoy the view of the sea at all times.
In addition, the two rooms and the bathroom had to be preserved, renovating the facilities and the coatings to adapt them to their new use. Wood-look porcelain stoneware was laid for the flooring throughout the apartment to make it cozy but also strong and durable, and the bathroom walls were clad in white microcement.
Different white tones were chosen so that together with the blue of the sea and the external sky they would provide the feeling of Mediterraneanness that guests demand when they visit our coves and beaches, and all this only had to add some very simple decoration elements to get it ready to be rented for weeks.
As the reform had to be of low cost, the doors and the existing built-in wardrobe were used. Ikea furniture was arranged and economic solutions were adopted to solve the head of the double bed or the bathroom countertop, without forgetting that the spaces should be photogenic, pleasant, easy to maintain and resistant to intense traffic and the marine environment of the coast .<\/p>\n<\/div>\n
