Redistribution and renovation project for a 90 m2 apartment, designed for a family of 3 people with a modern and cosmopolitan lifestyle.<\/strong><\/p>\n

 <\/p>\n

The maximum use of space and a comfortable spatial distribution to facilitate daily life were the basis for this reform project.<\/p>\n

The bedroom area with dressing room and bathroom is designed to work optimally despite the fact that the couple have different schedules. In this area, dark wood was used over the light tones used throughout the house, white microcement in the bathroom and indirect lighting to create day and night scenes.<\/p>\n

The living room was enlarged with respect to the original, in order to have a large sofa area with views of the Sagrada Familia and the kitchen was opened up so that the day areas could communicate and at the same time shorten the length of the corridor.<\/p>\n

The corridor is the area in which most intervention was carried out to shorten it, to embellish it by cladding it with striped wooden panels and to make it more useful, serving as access to the space with a laundry function and to the general bathroom of the house, resolved with cream and olive green shades.<\/p>\n

The lighting designed to cover various needs at different times and the creation of storage spaces in each room gave shape to this simple but functional and practical project for everyday life.<\/p>\n
