An apartment as a second functional and practical residence to spend the holidays in a couple or with a family<\/strong><\/p>\n

The apartment was acquired as a second home and from the beginning, the redistribution of the space consisted of rearranging the hallway, aligning the corridor and opening up the kitchen to the living room so that, without invading it, it would gain surface area and be functional.<\/p>\n

Once we had the project well fitted in, the reform focused on smoothing the walls to remove the stippled paint and the remains of wallpaper and to offer a pleasant and open-plan atmosphere in which to spend holidays as a couple or with the family.<\/p>\n

The flooring was solved with ceramic so that it was durable and easy to maintain, the light fittings and sanitary were chosen with the same criteria, and the furniture was installed within a month of the completion of the renovation work.<\/p>\n

In addition, the outdoor furniture had to be easy to handle and store indoors when the apartment was unoccupied and flexible to adapt to different needs.<\/p>\n

As our client lived abroad, all the monitoring of the work was carried out remotely, with regular virtual meetings.<\/p>\n
