Interior design project and renovation of commercial premises for a real estate activity

Although the premises had already been operating as a real estate agency for years, the promoters wanted to renovate it so that the space would transmit their values, style and work philosophy, highlighting concepts like “transparency”, “honesty” and “friendly treatment”. In addition to this, the project also had to make it easier for both the company’s employees and its clients to feel at home, so that the space would be pleasant, harmonious and very functional.
With this finality, a neutral color palette was used in which the wood and the coloured notes of the cushions provided the necessary contrast, so that a certain dynamism could be perceived without any area becoming too crowded or narrowing the passageways. Not an easy task, considering the shape and dimensions of the premises.
Initially only the ground floor was used and, with the renovations, the staircase was opened and adapted to make the descent to the basement comfortable, safe and well-lit. The basement floor was provided with an office area with a table for meetings, correct lighting and the building’s installations that crossed this room were soundproofed, making them go unnoticed.
