Renovation of Tecfluid’s training room and showroom

Contract project for an industrial company

Need

Training room and showroom for Tecfluid, with capacity for approximately 30 people, that also serves as a cafeteria and break area for company staff and, at the same time, conveys the brand’s values ​​and philosophy.

Project Challenge

Create a space that serves as a functional training area, with a cafeteria and networking area, showcasing the company’s values ​​and professionalism, as well as its history over more than 50 years of history.

Solution

To this end, we organized the space into two large areas: one for training, equipped with everything necessary to ensure comfort and functionality, and a more informal area dedicated to the cafeteria and networking.

Both areas can operate independently or be connected by a large sliding glass door, designed in the same tone as the existing woodwork, thus maintaining the overall aesthetic coherence.

The networking area was designed with light and versatile furniture, combining the company’s colors with the warmth of wood. Tables, armchairs, and stools of various shapes and heights were used, providing dynamism and encouraging interaction between users. Artificial vegetation suspended from the ceiling adds a touch of freshness and naturalness, accentuated by carefully planned lighting to reinforce the welcoming atmosphere of the space.

Regarding the training area, the key was the technical installations and a linear arrangement of furniture, allowing for efficient and comfortable use as a classroom while also integrating a showroom space. Flexibility was an essential criterion: chairs and tables can be easily reconfigured to adapt to different dynamics, thus promoting the versatility of the environment according to current needs.
